Welcome to Absolute Flatpack London (the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all flatpack assembly services (the “Services”) provided by Absolute Flatpack London. By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you have any questions or do not agree with any part of these Terms, please contact us before proceeding with your booking.
1. Definitions
• “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Absolute Flatpack London.
• “Customer,” “You” refers to the individual or business using our Services.
• “Services” refer to the flatpack furniture assembly services provided by Absolute Flatpack London.
2. Bookings
• How to Book: Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone.
• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive written or email confirmation from us.
• Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to availability.
3. Payments
• Pricing: Prices are provided at the time of booking and are based on the furniture type, quantity, and location.
• Payment Methods: Payment is required via [accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, card, or bank transfer]. Full payment may be required upfront or upon service completion, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• Late Payments: Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of [£40].
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
5. Scope of Services
• Included: Our Services include the assembly of flatpack furniture based on the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Excluded:
• Delivery of furniture unless explicitly agreed.
• Wall mounting, electrical work, or structural modifications.
• Repairing or replacing damaged or defective furniture parts.
• If wall-mounting or securing furniture is required, please notify us at the time of booking, and additional charges may apply.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely service, you agree to:
1. Provide access to the premises and ensure a safe working environment.
2. Confirm that all furniture parts, tools, and manufacturer instructions are available at the time of assembly.
3. Inform us of any access restrictions, hazards, or special requirements in advance.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of the service.
7. Liability
• Furniture Condition: We are not responsible for damages or issues resulting from manufacturer defects, missing parts, or pre-existing damage to the furniture.
• Accidental Damage: In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us immediately, and we will assess and address the issue.
• Post-Assembly Use: We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use or handling of furniture after assembly.
8. Warranty
• Our Services are guaranteed for [ 7 days] from the date of completion. During this period, if any issues arise due to assembly errors, we will fix them free of charge.
• This warranty does not cover:
• Issues caused by misuse, relocation, or tampering with the furniture.
• Manufacturer defects or faults unrelated to our assembly.
9. Health and Safety
For the safety of our team and customers:
• Our team reserves the right to refuse service if the working environment is unsafe or hazardous.
• You must inform us of any relevant health and safety concerns (e.g., pets, allergies, or hazardous materials) before the appointment.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or decline service if:
• You fail to meet the Customer Responsibilities outlined in Section 6.
• There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
